OLD PHOTOS

That is brother Amos (died in fire), Pius is the kid sitting in the chair next to him, Mom is in the next seat and the girl is Dora Lea Sellars.....Anis Howell's daughter (born 2 days before Pius in l945) and Douglas her brother sitting in the back of the wagon.....Her first 2 kids.....And Douglas just died in Sept. in Florida and Dora Lea flew down from Va. and had his body cremated and mailed them to Steve Howell to bring up here and spread on Aunt Susan's place where the house used to sit and some to the cave.....that was his wish......Steve was up here about 3 weeks ago and took care of it. That picture was taken in 1949. Aunt Susan raised the two kids until they were about 8 & 9. Anis remarried and took them after Aunt Susan moved to Lexington with Warren. They were heading up to Aunt Susan's place.
